This Privacy Policy describes how SalesBeast handles personal information collected through our public website, including pages such as product details, FAQ, request-a-call forms, and AI sales chat interactions.

This policy covers information collected directly from you, automatically through your use of our website, and from service providers who support our business operations.

It also covers the optional Facebook/Instagram (Meta) integration available to SalesBeast platform customers, described in Section 12, through which a business may connect its own Page(s) to SalesBeast.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Contact details you provide, including name, business name, email address, phone number, website, team size, and notes.
• Interaction data, such as pages visited, referral source, date/time stamps, and website engagement events.
• Device and technical data, including browser type, operating system, approximate location (from IP), and performance metrics.
• Chat and inquiry content that you submit through our AI sales assistant or form fields.
• Communication preferences, including whether you opted in for SMS follow-up.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information for legitimate business purposes, including to:

• Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and provide product guidance.
• Deliver requested updates about SalesBeast Core and optional products/services.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that support hosting, analytics, CRM operations, messaging delivery, marketing attribution, and customer support.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, legal process, or to protect our rights, customers, and systems.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, analyze performance, and measure traffic sources.

Meta (Facebook) advertising tools. Our website uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand how visitors interact with our pages and videos. These tools may collect your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, actions you take on the site (such as watching a video or clicking a button), and Meta cookie identifiers (such as the _fbp and _fbc cookies). Some of this information is transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. from your browser, and some is transmitted by our servers. Meta may use this information as described in its own Privacy Policy.

You can limit the ads you see from Meta through your Facebook Ad Preferences, learn about interest-based advertising opt-outs at aboutads.info/choices, or block these cookies in your browser settings.

6. Communications and SMS Consent

Providing a phone number does not automatically enroll you in SMS marketing. SMS is sent only where you give explicit opt-in consent (for example, checking an SMS consent checkbox).

When opted in, message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Even if you decline SMS, we may still contact you by email or phone regarding your direct request for information or scheduling.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary based on the type of data, legal requirements, and operational needs.

8. Data Security

No security method is perfect. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

10. Children’s Privacy

12. Meta Platform Data (Facebook Pages, Messaging, and Lead Ads)

SalesBeast offers an optional integration that lets a business connect its own Facebook Page(s) to the SalesBeast application. When a business authorizes this connection through Facebook Login, SalesBeast receives and processes the following data on that business’s behalf, acting as its service provider:

• Lead Ads submissions — the field data a person submits through the connected Page’s lead forms, so it can be delivered to the business as a CRM contact.
• Messenger conversations — messages exchanged between the connected Page and people who message it, so the business’s authorized users can read and reply within SalesBeast.
• Page metadata — basic information about the connected Page (such as its name and ID) needed to associate leads and conversations with the correct business.

We use this information solely to provide the SalesBeast service to the connecting business — delivering its leads and messages to its authorized users. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to the people whose data it is.

Disconnecting. A business may disconnect its Page at any time from within SalesBeast (Channels settings) or by removing SalesBeast from the Page’s Business Integrations in Facebook settings. Disconnecting stops all further data collection.

Deletion. A business or an end user may request deletion of Meta Platform data we hold. Submit a request through Facebook’s data deletion mechanism (which calls our automated deletion endpoint at https://app.salesbeast.com/app/company/ads/facebook_data_deletion.php) or email support@salesbeast.ai.

Our use of data received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to third-party services or references. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices, content, or terms. Review their policies before submitting information.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates become effective when posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
